For over 20 years, I’ve served as a Second Chair leader and high school football coach, two roles where alignment, communication, and trust aren’t optional. I’ve sat in boardrooms, church offices, and locker rooms trying to bridge the gap between vision and execution. Along the way, I learned this truth: if a leader takes care of the little things, big things will happen.

SPECK COACHING was born from that conviction. I’ve coached teams, led staff, and navigated high-trust, high-pressure relationships. Now I help other leaders do the same, with practical tools, honest conversations, and a bias for action.
