I’m Shawn Parish.
After 20 years in the second chair, I know the real tension of leading behind the scenes.
I built SPECK Coaching for leaders like us, who want to lead boldly, support wisely, and stop guessing in the dark.
When Second Chairs get the coaching they deserve, First Chairs get the support they’ve been missing.
